This waterfall is located in the suggestive Val Genova (Trentino - Italy) in the heart of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. The Sarca river generates the Nardis : 120 m. high.

This ice waterfall was first climbed by Cesare Maestri, in solo, in a winter sunday afternoon about 35 years ago.
I remember it because the ascent was broacasted, live, by the Italian Television.
