Little Traverse Wheelway and Petoskey Area

This part of the North Country Trail (NCT) runs from the banks of the Bear River in the city of Petoskey to the northwest concurrently with the Little Traverse Wheelway (for bikes) along the shore of Little Traverse Bay, until it intersects with M-119 near Petoskey State Park.

East of Petoskey State Park to Conway

This part of the NCT generally proceeds to the northeast next to the route of Hiawatha Trail through the town to Conway to N Conway Road.
