From the end of the road you will see a small drainage to the southeast with Volcano Peak directly above. Go up this small drainage and follow for several hundred feet to where it gets steeper and turns into a slope. Head directly up the slope to the ridge. Once at the ridge you will be able to see your route up. The route up the peak is the chute to the left. Continue up this chute for about 300 feet to where you reach a short class 3 section. Go up the class 3 section and you will be at the summit and the summit will be to your right.

Essential Gear

Water is essential as there are no water sources in the range.

Parents

Parents refers to a larger category under which an object falls. For example, theAconcagua mountain page has the 'Aconcagua Group' and the 'Seven Summits' asparents and is a parent itself to many routes, photos, and Trip Reports.
