Product Description

The Deuter Guidelite 32 is a fully featured but lightweight pack ideal for mountaineering and ski touring, popular with mountain guides and those seeking a minimalist alpine style sack for moutaineering and high-level trekking. At 32 Litres its perfectly sized for long day-tours and high level traverses but super lightweight so it won't slow you down.

The Alpine Back system uses two strips of wicking foam padding with an air channel between to provide comfort and breathability whilst also featuring a superlight but rigid frame for load carrying. Combine the back system with comfortable hip fins and wicking shoulder-straps with load lifters and you have a stable, comfortable pack however full it gets. Although the back doesn't vent like some of Deuter's mesh backed sacks it is a huge improvement over my old Karrimor Hot Route.

The Guidelite 32 has all the essential features like anatomic straps, carabiner & axe loops, haul points, hydration system pouch and tough, durable materials, with no weight wasted on unnecessary appendages. Gear loops on the hip fins are particularly useful for mountaineering/via-ferrata.

Highly recommended
