This technical bag is perfect for backpacking and warm-weather mountaineering--it features Polarguard® Delta insulation for compressible warmth.

* Polarguard® Delta offers 10% more loft and 12% less weight than Polarguard 3D insulation--so it's warmer, lighter weight and more compressible
* Unique Z-Baffle construction maximizes loft, ensures consistent insulation coverage and prevents convective heat loss
* Contoured hood, insulated muffler, roomy foot box and full-length draft tube keep heat in, cold out
* Differentiated drawcords allow quick identification, even in the dark--so neck or hood adjustments are a cinch!
* Stuff extra clothes into the hood's pocket to create a pillow; no need for a pillow to take up valuable space in your backpack
* Exterior chest pocket is great for stowing small necessities like your watch or lip balm, alleviating middle-of-the-night fumbling
* Designed with a mummy bag shape that is thermally efficient, yet wide enough from hip to knee that you have room to move for sleeping comfort
* Pad loops give you the ability to secure your sleeping bag and pad together to avoid rolling off onto the cold ground (attachment sold separately)
* Comes with compression stuff sack and cotton storage sack

I have had my bag for 3 years and am very happy with it. It is perfect for backpacking in the

Sierras and is usually perfect for the temperature. It stays dry in wet conditions. It is relatively comfortable and has a little zippered pocket which sometimes comes in handy. I am 6 feet tall and there is plenty of length, but you can get the longer version if you want some more room. Overall it's a great bag.
