Sierra Designs Volt



This lightweight, synthetic filled sleeping bag is a good choice when weight and versatility matter. Filled with PrimaLoft Sport material, the Volt has the benefit being able to keep you warm even when it is wet. This fill material is also very compressible and lightweight. This sleeping bag is designed for lightweight adventures where cold and wet conditions may be encountered. To help keep you comfortable, this bag has a Jacket Hood, draft tube, shingled construction and removable Pad Locks.

Awesome lightweight bag with no worries about getting wet
I've been using this sleeping bag as my primary backpacking bag for over a year now. I've slept in temperatures ranging from 55 degrees to 15 degrees and haven't had any trouble being too hot or cold. After a dozen weekend trips and a few 5+ day trips, it still keeps me warm when temperatures are in the teens. It's not quite as compressible or light as down, but it's close. I've been very happy with this sleeping bag. If switching from a average size sleeping bag, you may find this bag to be a little smaller than what your used to.
