As I write this the fall is coming and I am ready to put this warm weather tent back in the box until next season. It has served very well

This is a good light simple tent for spring/fair weather mountaineering or backpacking. It excels in warm weather where its superior ventilation is a big bonus. The fly is excellent, providing solid weather protection, and the reasonably large vestibule is great for storing gear.

It's main feature is it's lack of features. By providing only what is necessary this tent is kept down to well under 6 lbs, making it delightfully easy to transport.

The materials are all top quality and the construction is excellent, however the 2 pole design means that this tent is sturdy, but will not stand up to high mountain or winter weather.

I have the Light Wedge 3, but have used LW2 and they are the same except in scale.

This tent is great. Set up is a breeze, very fast. This tent has super-ventilation and even the LW2 sleeps 3 if need be. The 3rd "brow pole" adds significant strength. I've been in this tent in high winds and it performed well. Water is no problem, and the vestibule is nice and roomy. In rain free nights, the view is nice.

A solid, 3 season shelter for 2 or 3 people. I'm 6'!" and i stretch out in this well made tent.

I love my MH tent. Set up was easy. The tent is light and also light on the wallet not a feature of other companys with tents in this weight class. I purchased the tent for $190 and it is the Light wedge 3. This tent breaths very well, excellent for summer use. I never once caught the zipper. Mountain Hardware is the best!!!
