Hard Shell jacket made of schoeller® c_change. The first membrane to adjust its breathability to the surrounding temperature. This lets it wick more moisture away at higher temperatures without compromising water repellence. At low temperatures, the pores close again to increase insulation. A new textile developed by schoeller® on the basis of nanotechnology. Effortlessly resists water, particles of dirt and even oily and greasy substances. The NanoSphere® technology makes use of a natural phenomenon which keeps certain plant leaves, insect wings or beetle shells clean, because dirt and water cannot stick to their structure surfaces. A similar structure is created using nano-technology. Textile surfaces with the NanoSphere® finish achieve outstanding runoff values for wetness, dirt and spots, without a loss of breathability. This also makes the fabrics extremely easy to clean. Products that use this technology are more robust and durable and yet retain a very natural grip and appearance.
