Bosnian mountains

Have you been to Bosnian mountains?
cheap accomodation in mountain houses, good for climbing and skiing.

I agree with you. Not far from Sarajevo there is a National park Sutjeska with the unique primeval forest in Europe and highies Bosnian peak Maglic is there.
try to visit www.pkencijan.com to find about it more. Also about on Tara river which Cayon is the second deepest in the World right after the Grand Canyon.
When did you stay in Sarajevo? Did you like the town?

Bosnian mountains are really amazing .But visit some of them like Treskavica , Prenj etc is a very HI risk ( MINES :!: ) .Two years ago I visited Maglic ( Bosnia-Montenegro border ).
