Fossana - Thanks for the heads up.
I used to run a lot, mostly to decompress from the Manhattan lifestyle. I think I know every sq foot of Central and Riverside Parks. I just let it go when I came to CA, not due to injury or wear and tear but just because I was hiking and climbing all the time. So I kind of miss it now and want to get back to it...
Any specifics on Chi Running injuries would be appreciated.
Hows the tendonitis?

Then how come you said "shows that running is indeed bad for the knees and leads to arthritis" That sounds like a definitive statement to me...nice to see you backtrack. And didn't we already determine you've never tried crossfit, so you have no idea what you are talking about.
