Yep, was at Homer's on Sunday, it was alright then, but it's got a big melt hole in it now.
Was at Franklin last night, good on the sides but also melty and wet.
Sandstone has more ice than ever due to farming.
We need a cold snap.

have been married to my job, actually i have been my job's cheap whore, for the last three months....i am looking at the end end of january before i will get out to hang my tools on something frozen....

Going to Devils Lake tomorrow for some winter rock action. Should be fun.

Dude, how was it?

It was awsome. Getting down to the base of the climbs we had to break trail though thigh deep snow. Led a really fun 5.4 crack on Queens Thrown (first time leading in boots give me a break). To top out on the route had to deal with 2.5 feet of snow. Had to be pretty careful on top of the routes also as the larger gaps in the rocks were filled in with snow making little "crevasses". It was a lot of fun.

climbing mag. just did a big article on devils lake in this months issue.
