Ptarmigan Traverse

Ptarmigan Traverse in good shape. Nick and I took 6 days, one peak :cry: , Old Guard behind us on the left. Amazing weather and scenery.

Hey Norman thanks for the beta. 8) I don't live there anymore, but when I did the traverse it was the same time of year. Would have loved to see your quick confirmation of good conditions. Sigh...if I could go back I'd tag Spider North Face and Sinister North Face...it'd be worth the heavy boots!

Well done! I hear much about the Ptarmigan Traverse and the history associated with it. From Liberty Bell this weekend we could see the whole Traverse line blocking the clouds for miles and miles on end! Amazing!
