Good picture but...
...it also makes me think of the tragic loss of SPer Cyrill. Can this be close to the place where the accident happened?

This might indeed be close to the place were Cyrill died due to an avalanche. If I remember correctly it happened on the left side of the pillar.
A tragic accident which struck a lot of people on SP!
