Rock Glacier on Pyramid?

Rock Glacier on Pyramid?

I observed the following while on the climber's trail leading to the NE ridge of Pyramid Peak. The snowfield at the base of the North Face appears to have bergschrunds, suggesting that it is actually the head of a glacier. This would certainly explain the massive field of semi-unstable talus beneath this spot in the amphitheater. I've never seen this mentioned before, but it doesn't surprise me since there appears to be other rock glaciers in the area.

Interesting

I had a similar thought when I climbed Pyramid. I saw slightly different evidence, though: after walking along some talus, there was an abrupt drop off down an short ice field, looking rather like the foot of a small glacier. See this photo.
