Sam Fink Summit

Sam Fink Summit

A rather unsightly summit of an "unofficially" named Desert Divide peak - Sam Fink Peak (7339') proved to be a bit elusive for me during the winter but was rather easy to find after the snow melt. Beautiful view for an anti-climatic ascent. Toro Peak can be seen as the highest point in the background. May 08

Yes,

but now you stand a better chance of
running into snakes. Like the Red
Diamond and Southern Pacific varieties.
(If you 'splash' wine on those snakes,
they might leave you alone. :)

Re: Yes,

I don't mind snakes at all but I won't waste wine on them! :)
