| Was thrilled to finally get a weekend in Ionian Basin after thinking about it for a couple years. On the second night I camped at Lake 11592, then up the north slope of Scylla as a warmup for Goddard that afternoon (was able to walk from Lake 11828 to 11592 while only dropping to 11400 feet). Scylla is a great peak, pretty solid footing if you keep to the far east side of the north slope. | |
