Sergio rappels the first of...

Sergio rappels the first of three single-rope raps to get off the West Ridge. The second rap station is located just down and to his right. The second rap station is formed of two large pitons in the rock. They look rather dubious but they're really quite bomber. The second rap goes down to the left to where the climber with the red helmet at left-center is standing in this photo. Okay, yes, Sergio is futzing with the rope. This rope (my rope) has a long, sordid history of entanglement. 60m 10.5mm, what can I say?
