| I got tired of teaching telemark clinics in the Basin and figured this would be an easy peak to do to get away from it all.Did the peak on some crappy and old wooden snowshoes that I borrowed from my boss for kicks. The round trip from the Olympic Village Inn took about two and half hours. YOu might want to think about adding an extra 30-45 minutes and climbing Peak 8,426 to. The only suprising thing was the price that Squaw Valley Starbucks was charging for their small coffee $1.98. | ||
