HAha!There's something about sunrises and sunsets that is magical. As much as I like this sunset photo, I want to see some photos of Mt. Le Conte. You did say they look different.

Re: HAha!You are so right about sunsets and sunrises; though I never got up early enough for sunrises in Tennessee (after all, I was on vacation!)
We could see Mt. LeConte from our rental cabin and I will process more of it this week!

Re: Aha!Sorry Kathy, I didn't mean to have the title of my comment to be "HAha," I wanted it to be "Aha!" In any case, I'm looking forward to your shots of Smokey Mountains and Le Conte.

Re: Aha!Beautiful sunset .... I don't get up early
on my vacation days, either.
Reminds me of my seafaring days back in days
of yore: ... "Red Sky in the Morning, Sailor's warning --- Red Sky at Night, Sailor's Delight !!"
“Like a red morn that ever yet betokened,
Wreck to the seaman, tempest to the field,
Sorrow to the shepherds, woe unto the birds,
Gusts and foul flaws to herdmen and to herds."
