St. Anton (Appenzell Innerrhoden, Switzerland)
My bike on the St. Anton pass, with the Bregenzerwald Mountains in the backgroundSt. Anton (1110m) is a well-known pass and viewpoint in the Appenzell Prealps.
SP's Alps - Western Part page mentions the Appenzell Prealps, but they do not have their own area page.
St. Anton offers fine views in all directions: to the north, of Lake Constance, to the east, of the Bregenzerwald Mountains, to the south-east, of the Rätikon Range, and to the south, of the Alpstein Range.
