The lower trail "trilha por baixo" up to this summit is relatively overgrown due to little traffic, however the path is still visible.
A hot hike due to the high humidity under the forest canopy later when the vegetation opens up you have better ventilation which helps with the heat but then you are exposed to the sun.
Lack of water is an issue.
The closest possible water source is very hard to get to (requiring that you overcome; overgrown trail, very steep terrain & rock climb) and unreliable. The second closest water source is reliable but requires that you hike all the way down to the foothills of this mountain.
I tried to find the upper trail "Trilha da Crista" to return however this trail was even more overgrown and the path has all but disappeared.
