The Black Mount in Pen and Ink - Across to Creise

The Black Mount in Pen and Ink - Across to Creise

Here is an image I thought I would add, this time with a difference. I have always had an artistic touch and enjoyed doing drawings of architecture and landscape especially using drawing pens. This was a drawing I did back on the 14th March 2002 whilst I was working in Scotland. The view is looking across to the dramatic northern end of the Black Mount seen from the A82 Glasgow to Fort William road near to the Kingshouse Hotel.

With talent like this . . .

. . you could release a set of climbing books akin to Wainwright for the Welsh peaks!

Re: With talent like this . . .

Its funny you say that Mark. I was and still am a great fan of Wainwright. It was from reading his many books that I converted my interest in drawing churches and houses into mountains and hills. My style of drawing was developed from and is very close to his...!
