The Guardian from middle Vallecito Creek

A couple of miles up Vallecito Creek the Guardian is still watching you. This photo was taken in 2006 inside of a (then) recent avalanche area that covered more than a half a mile of Vallecito Creek and demolished the foot bridge. Thankfully there were enough downed trees to allow for a careful crossing.
