Turnhole Bend Colors

The Turnhole Bend campsite in Mammoth Cave NP is 1.3 miles down a spur trail from the busy trail network in the park. It's certainly a great place to spend a fall evening.

I was there on opening day of deer season, and this peninsula was crawling with very skittish deer. I guess they knew what was going on outside the park.
