Close to Vipiteno (Sterzing), Ridanna valley (Ridnauntal) lies at a height of 1.300 m. above sea level. It is a beautiful mountain valley with small villages, embedded in green pastures and coniferous forests. The head of the valley leads to one of the largest glacier of Stubai Alps.
