Helpful photoAt first I didn't think that looked too appealing of a way to start the summit block, but once you're at the notch, it works out great!
One secret is to pose EXACTLY as Bob is here, with your left foot on the summit block. That way, when you bring the other foot over to aid on the rope, you can properly 'squeeze' the edge of the summit block to resist the natural tendency to swing to the right.
