Rain shelter in Wołosatka Valley

This shelter is located in the valley of Wołosatka halfway up the road from the village of Wołosate to Bukowska Pass (red marks). According to Wojciech Krukar, the place was called Szeroki Łuh by the locals.

Do you know,

when this shelter was constructed? I do not remember if it was there in 2010 when I visited this valley...

I guess in spring 2020 or a few months earlier: I've got two maps of the area, one published in 2020 and the other in 2021, and the shelter does not show on the first. The first photos of it I found on the Net were taken in the summer of 2020.
