Looking S down the ridge dividing Eldorado Creek Basin (L) from Eldorado Glacier basin (R). There are campsites on this ridge and in the upper Eldorado Creek basin. The ridge is much lower behind the photographer. Ascending it from the E is not a problem. Descending to the W side requires finding the right gully, but it's reasonable to tackle it unroped, even with a big pack.
