West Arete approach: We...
West Arete approach: We climbed to the pass from our camp to scout the view the evening before our climb. We're looking NW at Dorado Needle, the high point of the broad cluster at right. Immediatlely L of it is the tall Early Morning Spire. Backbone Ridge extends to the West.
