Yosemite PeakThis mountain is named Yosemite Peak. It was named for it resemblance to rock features in Yosemite. It also has a similar appearance to Half Dome when viewed from the north. It’s located above the junction of the north and south forks of Cascade Canyon.

Re: Yosemite PeakThanks for the ID. Wonder why it's unnamed on my map.

Re: Yosemite PeakIt probably isn’t named on some maps because it isn’t one of the major peaks in the range. This peak doesn’t get climbed very often. All of the Teton mountaineering books have it labeled as Yosemite Peak, 10,015 feet.
