This is the view that you get when you exit the tunnel on HWY 41 before dropping down into the valley. No matter how many times I've been there, I can't help myself but to stop again and look. Photos are much too small, you just have to see the real thing.
As you know, when you come out of the tunnel, you get hit by this view like a ton of bricks. I remember the first time I went to Yosemite, I didn't expect this and nearly drove off the road.
