Evening scenery of the crag forming the barrier between I.and II.glacial cirque of Pop Ivan
Northeastern Carpathians Rakhivskiy Mountains
looks very much like a brazilian mountain!
Thanks for feedback. Its part of Eastern Ukrainian Carpathians. Note: If I would shot this image 20 years ago from the former Soviet Union territory, my camera would no longer exist nor this photo. Maybe I would be captured and sent to a prison as a spy...
Interesting history in the middle of Europe - not?
Absolutly! You're right!
Landscape Carpathian impressive.
Maybe as you know, Pip/Pop Ivan summit is located directly on the border line and it is very difficult to get there from UA side, because of their buraucratic laws.
I did not know where POP IVAN. And Ukraine has always put the border issue.
There is a mistake in the title, Pop Ivan, not Pip Ivan
I understand, but this piece of Pop Ivan is situated about half a kilometre off RO border on the territory of UA.
