I thought this seemed familiar - but then I saw I had voted in Dec 2010. Presumably you have updated it. Anyway, it prompted me to add a few photos and a trip report.
Although straight forward and overcrowded, if you pick the wrong time, this mountain and this route are amongst my favourites. I have plans for going up again in September if the Gods will smile on me a 6th time - this time from the Val Veni/Aiguille Grises - so I'd still end up on the Bosses again.

I heard the notice that the inauguration of the very new Gouter Refuge will be deferred to next year because of the Dome Gouter normal route is closed.
