Thanks Anita, I was a little nervous as I knew a big storm was due and I could see stuff moving in from the east and west at the same time, thus the nice sunrise, but it held off nicely for a day. We just got a foot of snow in Canmore, don't have to go much higher to get into 4 feet. Cheers.
Very nice pic.You can attach this photo into the album "views to keep in mind from 2006".Because I think this is really good view :)
thanks TA, it was a grand morning...

Thanks for the amazing photo!!!!
This is my favorite part of SP, the incredible photos shared! You have some terrific ones, thanks for sharing!
thanks for your kind words...that was an unique moment on Assiniboine...cheers
A person could shot rolls a rolls of film and not get a shot like that!
thank you, this was actually a sunrise! a grand solo climb without seeing another soul on the whole trip in or out except for my wife who accompanied me across the glacier on the back side..unusual opportunity to have Assiniboine to myself like that...cheers
this is a PHENOMENAL sunrise. You have captured an amazing shot. Thank you for sharing all your photos. Amazing!
Beautiful Pic Dow, excellent capture and perspective !
solo climbing with a cheap camera, just lucky mate (and able to keep my eye on the sunrise). Thanks.
thank you, that was the only moment I stopped as I was out to set a solo speed record for this popular route....my wife watched from the hut below..we stole an incredible window in Sept without another soul in site, cheers
