Great boot - wears quickly
Love these for climbing but soles and fabric sides wear quickly if you bash a lot of loose rock and sharp scree. Seem medium width. This GTX - gortex version is more waterproof but maybe doesn't breathe as well in hotter weather. Great for mixed rock and snow climbs in summer.

Love them
These boots are fantastic for everything except steep ice, very cold weather (especially over night) and particularly hot weather. The grip is very impressive, they're comfortable for hiking, supportive for carrying heavy loads. As Bill Kerr said, durability is a weakness. Mine have a couple holes in the side from grating on rocks.

Excellent boot but keep in mind that it's only a 3 season boot. I'm in the Sierra so it works well here but I'll get something else for the Northwest.
