I use a lightweight...
ski harness for long alpine days, but on a recent trip, involving a lot of raps, really cut into my waist....this is a more true alpine harness vs the really, really lightweight versions. So if I know I am faced with many raps on a trip, I take this product. If just a couple of belays raps, take the ski harness.
