Awesome Hoody...
The REI Neve jacket is really versatile. The smooth bonded mesh inner liner lets it wear well over layers. The wool blend fabric is highly breathable, yet warm. Great for trekking in cooler weather. It's wind resistance is medium, but using warm layers solves that. I have even used it as a layer under the lightweight NorthFace Redpoint Optimus jacket, an excellent combination for cold weather! Encountering light precipitation with the Neve on is not a problem. You can keep wearing it when it gets warmer too, as long as you're not exerting yourself too much. It also blocks high altitude sun effectively. I really like this one!
