Microlight tent

Small, lightweight tent excellent for fair weather camping and minimalist hiking. Sets up quickly with color-coded poles and clips. Definitely a solo tent - not room for much inside besides a sleeping pad. Has 2 mesh pockets near the head for storing small items and a hang loop above the door. Door opens from the top down which requires care not to destroy it when getting in/out. Rain fly stakes out far enough to provide good ventilation (tent body is mesh) and the vestibule is large enough to hold a pair of boots, a stove and water bottles. Rainfly is a light grayish green color which lets in plenty of light. The rainfly door opens to the side and has an annoying patch of velcro halfway up the zipper (extremely annoying when you're trying to open it from the inside!). The rainfly also does not extend past the inner tent door so in wet weather, drips will end up inside the tent when you open it. There are 2 vents near the peak of the fly which are well designed to keep the weather out while allowing air circulation. A good tent when you don't want to carry a lot of weight, just need a place to sleep and don't plan on spending too much time in the rain.
