My take: get off your phones and computers, do something physical and git stronk

It's a really interesting hypothesis though and from a rational standpoint, it makes sense. I don't know how true the statements of correlating grip strength to health and well-being are, however.

That's a good read too, geez, it's hard to imagine how sedentary people will become once everything is fully automated

Small world. I'm actually been a fan of David French's writings for several years. I just haven't be "man enough" to mention it here. :)
