I'll be in Tuscon area Friday February 5 through Tuesday February 9. I already had COVID a few months ago and am not contagious and sicne I had it should have an immunity so I won't be getting anyone sick.
Does anyone want to do some rock climbs? I am very experienced, but don't climb hard anymore and am past my prime. I'm more a 5.8 and below kind of guy.
Who, where, why, and by whom? The fellow on the left, that is. Photo acquired at auction from estate of notable Bay Area gentleman. As usual, no prizes but for recognition and fame. The subject and the circumstances were a puzzle that took a few days to solve. The "Indian" will probably remain a puzzle. Relevance to climbing a stretch but what the hell? Don't wanna give away too much.
If anyone is interested in joining us, Kessler and I are climbing Hoosier Ridge on January 1st. On January 2-3 we're climbing Bison Peak, Bison View, and McCurdy Mountain in the Lost Creek Wilderness (two day climb).
Those seemed like the most reasonable and safest choices given the current avalanche conditions.

Very new to summitpost, so please be forgiving if I posted this at the wrong place. I'm trying to get more into backcountry skiing and will be getting my AVIARE1 soon.
