FS: Mountain Hardwear Absolute Zero Parka Size Large--$270

by ColoradoLawDobe » Sun Jun 06, 2010 11:15 pm

Hello all. I have for sale my MH absolute zero parka. As much as I love this parka it is simply too large for me and I should have bought a medium. Anyway, this parka is in great shape as I only have worn it once and that was all I needed to know that it was too warm for my needs. I have never compressed the jacket so it is still extremely lofty and of course it does come with the original stuff sack. I really don't plan on going to Everest or any similar destination anytime soon so this parka is just not practical for just my "14er trips" in CO. Ideally a meet up with someone in the Denver/Front Range would be best just because it would be easiest on both of us. However, I am open to shipping this parka as well. I can give you my ebay seller ID for reference and of course Paypal would be the way to go. I was hoping to get $270 for this parka, but I am open to offers of course because I am flexible on the price. For those who would be interested, shipping would probably be something like $15, but I would have to get the specific rate based on your location. I put one image on as I'm sure everyone knows what this jacket looks like and how big it is since it looks like its brand new, but I would be more than happy to email more pictures to anyone who is interested. Thank you!

Okay, I fixed the MASSIVE pictures and updated the price to be more realistic.--$270

Nice parka though. What is the fill power on that thing?

Dropped the price again to $310 + shipping (if you are not in the Denver/Front Range area)!

Bump again, dropped to $270 (I really need a new pair of boots)! I will deliver in the Denver area for free! Also, if someone is reading this and feels that this is an unrealistic asking price please let me know! Thanks!

Well, I'm glad I'm not crazy then. I wish someone would so I can get a pair of La Sportiva Trango S Evos...

If I didn't already have that exact jacket I'd probably buy it. I'll ask some of my friends if they're interested.

Hey that would be great, but if none are interested don't worry about it, I just appreciate the act!

It's a great deal on a great jacket. If I didn't already have a Feathered Friends, I would definetly pick this up... It's still tempting to be honest, if it's still available in few weeks I might cave to the pressure.

Thank you! I actually already bought the pair of La Sportiva Trango S Evos I wanted a few days ago so I appreciate your business! Yes, and now you have to go because you will for sure be warm now! I'm glad this parka will get use that it deserves instead of looking out my window at the Rockies, but sweating at the thought of going outside!
