Chouinard-Sunwoo on Haeckel ?

Has anyone climbed this "narrow ice gully" on the north face of Mt Haeckel?

When I climbed the NW Arete (20 yrs. ago) I remember it being not that prominent. Given the deteriorating condition of couloirs everywhere, I wonder if this is still around.

Donno,
Did you try your question over a Supertopo? The inmates over there might have two cents..
Best,

I'm guessing it is one of the deep grooves in this photo of the Northern aspect of Haeckel:

This was taken last June and my guess is it still fills with snow in the winter, but it may turn into a bowling alley fairly early in the season given the recent drought. Look at the amount of debris at the base of the right side gully (I don't know if that is the correct one or if it's the one on the left, which seems more appealing from the photo).

Donno
Climbed this many years ago (early 90s), solo in October. That is not applicable to what the conditions are these days. In general, reasonable terrain, nothing much over 50 degrees, very narrow gully at the top, just feet width, went down the other side of Haeckel. I would think that the storm couple weeks ago dumped some snow in all the couloirs. Give it three weeks, if no other storm/s, conditions should be prime by then. Expect ice, not hard snow.
