smallish ice/snow walls in OR / So. WA

by kylenicolls » Sun Mar 25, 2012 3:22 am

Anyone know of any? Looked around with not much luck. Pretty winder-dependant anyway. Curious if there are any smallish walls, 40' more or less that would be good to set up top-anchors and practice climbing on. I read about some on I believe the Eastern side of Hood last year. But thats it. In general it doesn't get cold enough to get low elevation accessibility, I am aware. Some friends want to do some some cool early spring C2-C3 mountains, well on snow I suppose, but the weather sucks ass over spring break. Accessibility too.... Pretty much everywhere over the next week.

But yeah, even if there is a several mile approach, let me know. No big deal.

Thanks, Kyle.
