pleasant bushwhack
I drove in 3.2 miles on FR 118 from Rt 285, parked below the northern slopes, and headed straight up. Took two hours and ten minutes to reach the top and while I was taking my time, the gentle slope made rest breaks unnecessary. Still a few patches of snow above 10500. Finding the summit register does take some searching however.

San Antonio from US285/FR118
Winter hike to the top of San Antonio from the intersection of US-285 and FR-118. 11 miles round trip, 2,700 ft elevation gain. Lots of snow on the north ridge and summit. Nice weather, great views.
