Actually, the only problem I encounter with macro photography, using a simple camera, is to get it in focus. If you look good, you'll see that this photo could still be a bit sharper. Apart from that, it's easy.
Mind you, with a more advanced camera, getting it in focus is much simpler, but I prefer a lightweight camera. My pack is heavy enough!
