These peaks are between 5300 and 5400m, so in that regard, they are not minor at all. However, just a little bit further left lies Nevado Rurec (5700m), and further right Nevado Uruashraju (5722m), and the prominence of these peaks is no more than 150m or so. That's why I called them minor.

By the looks of it, all of them would be easy to climb from this side. The map indicates that the summit ridge is rather exposed, and the other side is quite steep.
