Excellent scramble route
With Jon W: having set up a camp in upper Mosedale we climbed Wistow Crags in the evening in slightly cloudy albeit dry conditions. It is a long mountaineering type route, very pleasant and not very difficult. I'd be happy to solo this route in future - though not Slab & Notch on Pillar Rock, which we did next morning and is at the same grade (Grade 3***).
