Burnet Companion Moth

Burnet Companion (Euclida glyphica) belongs to the Noctuidae family and it is a day-flying moth. It gets its English name from the fact that it is often found in the company of Burnet moths. Burnet Companion likes the edges of forests and dry mountain meadows. Its wingspan ranges from 25 - 30 mm. Its favorite plants are Trifolium, Hippocrepis,Vicia, Lathyrus and Medicago.
