Climbing George
How's this for a summer job?

These people are spending their days climbing around the faces on Mount Rushmore as part of a digitization project. It's not clear to me why we need to digitize Rushmore, but at least it's a job. May 2010.

Thanks! It was just a shot from the tourist overlook with a telephoto lens, on a day when these guys were doing their thing.

But maybe the NPS should allow people to rap down George's shoulder more regularly. ;)

Take the bills out your wallet, Larry, and set them on the ground. Stand on the pile of money, and you're standing on dead presidents' heads!

Then send the used bills to me for cleaning.

Ha, ha ...

I just returned from the Philippines.
What bills are ya talkin' about ???

Am I allowed to exchange (what few) bills I
have (had) for foreign currency ???

Then, I can stand on Queen Elizabeth's head,
for crying out loud. : ))
