| I've done this one 6 times, so far. The first time was in 2008, and the 2nd time was pushing a Mountain Bike. Many hikers log their "creek-to-bench" time at http://coord.info/GCFD2F My most recent climb included some great views of teh snow-capped Sierra | ||

| LincolnB | Bike ride ![]() Date Climbed: Mar 3, 2011 | |
| By "ride" I mean I pushed my bike up the hills and coasted down. Did the classic loop, clockwise, about 15 miles. The coast down from the summit was one of the nicest rides I've ever had -- could see a long swath of snowy sierra peaks in the distance. | ||

| boyblue | Many, many... ![]() | |
| ...many times from 1979 'til about 1995 (same year I was married... hmmmm...). For me, a great loop for staying in condition for Sierra trips. On very clear days, peaks such as Goddard and Darwin are clearly visible. Bring binoculars. | ||

| rhyang | Numerous times ![]() | |
| Daytrips sometimes, but most often I spend the night at Black Oak camp, just north of the ridge. From there, one can visit Rock House Ridge, with some fun scrambling on Hat Rock. Henry Coe is one of the gems of the south bay ! | ||
